Job description

We are looking for a person with initiative, rigor and business vision who wants to be part of a solid, growing project with a team oriented towards excellence in management and customer service.

Financial and accounting area

  • Accounting: Complete management of the company's general and analytical accounting.
  • Preparation and monitoring of budgets, monthly and annual closings.
  • Cash management: cash flow forecasting and relationship with banking entities (bank pool), control of payments to suppliers, management of collection remittances, bank reconciliation…
  • Tax filing (VAT, IRPF, Digital Canon,…) and coordination with external advisors when necessary.
  • Review and supervision of the client billing system and optimization of internal administrative and financial processes.

Administration and business management

  • Human resources administrative management: documentation, hiring and support on legal issues, payroll, corporate administrative tasks (with the service of an external advisory)
  • Reporting to the Board and coordination with management in decision making, providing financial criteria and business vision.
  • Time registration management
  • Coordination and support for ISO audits
  • Coordination and support for occupational risk prevention tasks

ERP and consulting relationship

  • Advanced use of an ERP in accounting management.
  • Ability to transfer financial and ERP knowledge to clients, participating in consulting tasks. (This point will be especially valued.)

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of an ERP (invoicing, accounting, treasury, reports).
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
  • Good level of Excel and digital tools.

Valuable experience, knowledge and skills

  • Experience in ERP implementation or consulting, PowerBI and SQL Server
  • Communication skills and teaching ability to train or support clients.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proactivity and autonomy in decision making.
