A Technical Assistance Service will require information to obtain efficient management of material and human resources. Planning, monitoring and imputation of costs in one for technical activities. 

 

The KRITER ERP solution integrates the SAT of Technical Assistance Services Module that permits Control of Parts of Technical Work, times, materials and other expenses deriving from the tasks performed.

 

The Technician assigned on site where the work is to be performed or in the office itself is given the Technical Service Bulletin, with the required format, in order to carry out the Tasks that are previously planned.

 

The mere act of making the Technical Service Bulletin, and entering times, materials, and other expenses, automatically generates Delivery Notes itemising different materials and hours of work, for the client to be Invoiced subsequently, as necessary. Technical assistance and materials may or may not be under guarantee and/or Maintenance Contracts.

 

Any work carried out is fully specified and invoiced, according to the particular conditions and prices of the client, although they are always open to modification.

 

The client Configurations Control Record is automatically updated, with information on: Characteristics of Products sold or being checked, physical location.
