Project Management achieves detailed accounting and planning of all the costs and invoices of a project or task. The integration among the processes of purchases and sales produces permanent of imputation of costs. You can use Projects for general registering invoicing work in hand. As costs affect a project, the system registers them automatically in the project accounting and in the corresponding accounts of other areas of the application (like payments to suppliers).

 

Next, automatic invoicing occurs of all the costs that can be charged, avoiding un-invoiced costs. You can use Projects to calculate traditional costs or for the invoicing and monitoring of service times.

The area of the Projects application allows you to plan exactly and execute analyses of values of consumption, project monitoring, offers, invoicing, costs and registration of real consumption.

 

Quotes and estimates can be created in order to include inventory products, resources and other expenses. You can specify the level of detail you need and copy the details of other quotes or estimates. Real consumption and sales can be linked directly to lines of individual quotes to compare the estimated costs and the sale prices.

 

You can also organize quotes and estimates in sub-activities called phases, sub-phases and tasks to extract important information about of the long-term profitability of different aspects of the projects carried out by the company. Through linking real consumption and sales to the phases, sub-phases and tasks of the price quote, you can compare the same activities in various different projects. There is no limit on the number of subdivisions that can be made
